lockdown extended

11 April 2020. The South African President, Cyril Ramaphosa, has announced that the lockdown period has been extended to the 30th April in order to continue restricting the spread of the corona virus.

All non-essential businesses are closed and we are not permitted to take in guests, therefore Umkhumbi Lodge is closed for the duration of this lockdown.

If you are looking at travelling later in the year, we are working from home and are happy to answer any queries you might have.

Stay safe and well.

Emma and Anton
